Orangepie User Agreement
Orangepie has created
this user agreement, whereby every user of Orangepie's
free services agrees with the following terms
and conditions. If you
do not agree to one or more of these terms and
conditions, please refrain from using Orangepie.
Orangepie provides various free services such
as greeting cards, chat rooms and online games
to anyone who wishes to use them. We ask all
users of our greeting cards to use appropriate
names and email addresses. Users are forbidden
from using false email addresses and from spamming
or misusing our system. Anyone found doing so
would be prohibited from future use of our services.
In the rare case of a greeting card not reaching
its intended recipient(s) at the intended time(s),
Orangepie cannot be held responsible. Orangepie
reserves the right to alter this user agreement
and any other aspect of the website at any time.
Orangepie Friendship
Connection is a free service that helps its
members to find friends around the world. Orangepie
members have the option to join the Orangepie
Friendship Connection at the time of registration
and at any other time while he/she is an Orangepie
member. The Orangepie Friendship Connection
requires all its users to accept the following
terms and conditions:
- Only
members agreeing to participate in the Friendship
Connection will be included
in our Friendship Connection Database.
- You
agree to receive email from other Orangepie
members participating in the Friendship
Connection inviting you to be their friend.
- You
allow Orangepie to make your personal information
such as name, age, sex, location and a short
text message available to other Friendship
Connection members.
- Orangepie
provides a maximum of 20 people matching the
member's profile and interests at any one
request.
- You
authorize Orangepie to send a friendship card
on your behalf to the selected person/people.
- The
recipient of the friendship card, also a participant
in the Orangepie Friendship Connection,
has the option to view the profile of the
person who has sent him/her the friendship
card.
- Members
have the option to stop participating in the
Friendship Connection at any time by de-selecting
this option in their "Personal Info".
- Members
interested in joining the Friendship Connection
can do so by selecting this option in their
"Personal Info".
- Any
member found misusing the Friendship Connection
would be prohibited from future
participation in the program.
- Orangepie
is not responsible for any outcome that may
arise between any two individuals from the
use of the Friendship Connection or any other
of Orangepie’s services.
Orangepie holds various contests from time
to time. Members participating in these contests
agree to abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations.
Orangepie reserves the right to discontinue
the membership of any member found misusing
the system or for any other lawful purpose.
